These terms apply to wishlist.watch, the Wishlist Watch iPhone app, the browser extension and the Wishlist Watch: Price Alerts app for AI assistants (together, "Wishlist Watch"), operated by Questly Kft. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or your email address and are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
Your content
You own the wishlists and items you add. You give us permission to store, display and share them with the people you choose, only to run the service. Do not add anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not use Wishlist Watch to spam or harass people.
Gift reservations
Reserving an item tells other givers it is taken. It is not a purchase and not a promise. Purchases happen on the shop's own website, under that shop's terms. We are not responsible for shops, products, prices, delivery or returns.
Prices and product details
Product names, pictures and prices are read from shop pages and may be out of date or wrong. Price drop alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee. Always check the shop before you buy.
Affiliate links
Some shop links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when someone buys through them, at no extra cost to the buyer.
Paid plans
Wishlist Watch Pro is sold by Questly Kft. on the web (payments processed by Stripe) and through the App Store or Google Play in the apps. It renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; the annual plan starts with a free trial. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
AI assistants
If you connect Wishlist Watch to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, the assistant acts on your behalf with the permissions you approve. Deleting or sharing a list always asks for your confirmation first. Wishlists are never public. You can disconnect an assistant at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Wishlist Watch running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes to these terms.
Ending your account
You can stop using Wishlist Watch and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Wishlist Watch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by shops, gifts or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
